A simple system for getting organised

Most productivity systems fail not because they’re bad, but because they’re too fragile to survive a genuinely busy week. The simplest system that actually holds up: one list of everything you need to do, reviewed once a day, with no more than three items marked as "must happen today." Everything else waits. Tools matter less than the daily review habit — a Notion template or a paper notebook both work, as long as you actually open it every morning.
