Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of digitalfrutix.com (the "Site") and the digital products, tools, and services offered by Digital Frutix, a sole proprietorship operated by an individual entrepreneur based in India ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. WHO WE ARE
Digital Frutix is a sole proprietorship business selling digital products — including but not limited to planners, guides, templates, and related digital tools — to customers primarily in India, delivered entirely online with no physical shipping.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase on this Site. When you make a purchase, an account is automatically created (or matched to an existing one) using the email address you provide, so you can access your purchase history and download your products at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
All products listed on the Site are digital goods delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability of any product at any time without prior notice, though such changes will not affect orders already completed.

4. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials on our servers. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's own terms of service applicable to the transaction. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified.

5. DELIVERY AND ACCESS
Upon successful payment, your purchased product is made available for instant download and permanently added to your account's Library, where you may re-download it at any time — there is no expiry on access to products you've purchased. See our Delivery & Access policy for further details.

6. LICENSE TO USE DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for your personal or, where explicitly stated in the product description, internal business use. Unless explicitly permitted in the product listing, you may NOT: resell, redistribute, or share the product (or its files) with any third party; upload the product to any public repository, marketplace, or file-sharing service; claim authorship of, or represent the product as your own original creation, if redistributed in any modified form; or use the product for any unlawful purpose. All intellectual property rights in the products remain with Digital Frutix or its licensors at all times. Purchasing a product transfers a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy page for full details on when a refund may be requested and how to do so.

8. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, servers, or networks; or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including in product reviews). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms.

9. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a product review or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. Reviews are moderated and may be edited or removed at our discretion, including if found to be fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to the product.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including but not limited to the Digital Frutix name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Digital Frutix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Frutix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, except as otherwise required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
