This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Frutix ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use digitalfrutix.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you consent to the practices described here.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following information when you use the Site: account information (name, email address, and phone number if provided, collected when you register or when an account is automatically created for you at checkout); order information (the products you purchase, order amounts, and order history, tied to your account); payment information (payments are processed entirely by Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway — we do not collect or store your card number, UPI ID, or bank account details, Razorpay handles this directly and shares with us only the confirmation that a payment succeeded); reviews and content you submit (if you write a product review, your name or initials and review content may be displayed publicly on the Site); and technical information (your cart and wishlist are stored locally in your browser via localStorage to persist between visits on the same device).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to create and manage your account; process your orders and deliver your purchased digital products; send you transactional emails (e.g. order confirmations, password reset links, account setup emails); respond to your support requests; moderate and display product reviews; and comply with applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We share information with the following third parties, solely to operate the Site: Razorpay, for processing payments; Resend, for sending transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets); and our hosting infrastructure providers, to run the Site and store data securely. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or analytics services. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

4. COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE
We use browser localStorage (not third-party tracking cookies) to remember your cart and wishlist items between visits. This data stays on your device and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

5. DATA RETENTION
We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and thereafter as necessary to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations under Indian law.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

7. DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and secure, expiring download links for purchased products. The Site is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
